Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.
Customers will receive an order confirmation email once the order has been placed.
Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Options & Timeframes
We offer multiple delivery options to meet different customer needs:
Standard Delivery
Delivery within 1–3 business days in All Emirates.
Remote areas may take 3–5 business days.
Flat-rate shipping fees may apply.

Additional charges apply and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges vary based on location, shipping method, and order value.
Free delivery offered on orders above 200 AED.
Any applicable delivery fees will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Locations
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Delivery Issues
Missed Deliveries: If the courier is unable to deliver your package, they will attempt re-delivery or contact you for a suitable time.
Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet stated delivery times, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays, holidays).
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
Pick Up from KLOUDS
Customers may choose to collect their orders from our warehouse or retail partner locations.
You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.
